If Ryner's going to run into the Snorunts at all, it'll be when he's out by the pond in the backyard, tossing some Cherubios to the Magikarps that live out there (as well as spending time with the two Gyarados and other water types). If any come close and seem interested, he'll offer them a handful, but otherwise he'll mostly just leave them alone to do their thing as long as they don't cause trouble.
