Are all the listed clothing options available to characters for purchase/trade, even the ones that normally have specific individual requirements?

Also, as far as the standard camp missions go, while we can handwave characters doing them, are we supposed to be commenting somewhere that they're being done for mods to track? Or is the "camp improvements" toplevel for something else?

OH ALSO for pokemon that require friendship/happiness to evolve, does it still take weeks like normal or can it be fasttracked? I'm wondering since several available 'starters', so to speak, are baby forms that need it to evolve just to their basic forms...
