How are dropped characters to be handled in the event? The PokeGears aren't working, so the signals can't disappear like usual and most of the Pokemon are back in Johto. One of Radley's friends has left, and if there's no way for characters to ICly know in Hisui that he has gone home, Radley will likely freak out and look everywhere for him....
