I thought I should ask this question here instead of plurk. I previously assumed and it didn't occur to me to ask, I apologize:
-For mons who are the same as their forms currently present in Johto, but have divergent evolutions in Hisui (such as Petilil, Rufflet, Goomy, Cyndaquil, Oshawott, Rowlet), can they have evolved into their exclusive forms assuming the right level conditions were met/right item was purchased?
-This question's specific for Goomy's divergent line, but if it managed to evolve into Hisuian Sliggoo before leaving Hisui (assuming that's allowed, my apologies for assuming I can easily retcon if it's not), will it evolve into Hisuian Goodra in rain in Johto or will it need the special evolution item first?
