Just since it makes sense in my head: due to the lack of Tera types, the Tera Blast TM won't be released? (why would we need it if we have hidden power lmao)

Also: like with Pokemon who evolve with access to a new move (see: Dudunsparse), that move is just added to their movepool now, correct?
