1. The Crystal Formations will be present, but they will just present as an unusual natural phenomenon. A cool thing to see, but not linked to raids or powerful pokemon.
2. Nothing noteworthy except things like local cuisine or books on Paldean history/arts.
3. The locals are very good at just smiling and staying quiet.
PS, I also believe you at one point asked us about integrating some of the breeding/egg-move mechanics from newer games. I'm not sure if you saw, but we have now added Mirror Herbs to the game (as an event reward type item) which can let your character teach existing pokemon moves they can get as egg-moves. More info about that is both on the items page/breeding page!
