The Nurse Joys are able to offer some pay for people who sign up for full shifts of a week or longer, but their budget is pretty stretched dealing with all this. It'll be less than a standard Pokemon Center job - think enough to get yourself a room for the night, just barely, and a coffee in the morning.
Anyone who's only helping for a day here or there will get nothing but their eternal gratitude. (Which, of course, is priceless.)
All volunteers (and Pokemon) will get free food if they're around at mealtimes, though!
