Yes, this would be fine! In fact, since it seems like his Espurr and Litwick aren't pulling the sled, as such, they won't actually count against his team limit. But Revavroom and Cetitan are fine - with the caveat that as they have very different body types, you will have to put in some more work to justify them working well together!
