Yes! There are larger grounds outside the main area (where there would normally be Pokemon to catch but the ones the Rockets didn't poach have WISELY DECIDED TO STEER CLEAR) that bleed into the Tohjo Falls area. Characters will be told that they are free to wander these areas so long as they don't go past the perimeter of the woods or mountains.

If Some People are stealthy enough, they ought to be able to sneak into the darkened grounds to camp for the night! JUST DON'T GET CAUGHT.
