okay so ANOTHER QUESTION that came up while discussing plot-thing with Ryner's player, so Sion and Ryner both fight dirty when it comes to Rockets and that includes things like being perfectly willing to give a punch to the stomach or knee to the crotch of said rocket. If they manage to subdue/knock any out like this, can they like... strip their shirts off to impromptu tie 'em up to be interrogated and/or turned over to the police later?
