The heist is going down on the evening of September 17th! It's the date given for the event on the calendar, so that's my bad for not including it above, sorry!
Currently, I'm not sure on having Kanto be affected directly, admittedly. The problem is, from what I know of the Rockets, they're all based in Johto right now, and travelling them across regions felt a little too much given they could choose to stay after the drop off. BUT that's my initial thoughts. If there's a high demand then I am very open to rethinking and asking the mods about it!
The Kanto warp system is connected to the Johto system in one place (the Indigo Plateau!), and since the entire network is being knocked out, it can certainly affect Kanto too. EVERYBODY WALKS.
(please feel free to tell me what you'd want / if you want Armin to be pulled into this! Same with everyone else!)
