OH ALSO related to Rockets -- Rockets follow Breeder rules when breeding; does this mean they can breed shiny and HA Pokémon? My concern is that if this is true, it feels a little as though they get all the perks of both other trainer classes with relatively little downside to compensate beyond having to deal with Rocket Bureaucracy.
