Yes, there are a lot of "normal" NPC guests at the resort as well! At this point and especially after their contributions during the Rocket Take-over last year, it's definitely possible there will be some Aurora League fans among them! It's safe to say Sion, Ryner, and Cecil can expect to be popular once people realize who they are, even if not everyone recognizes them by sight alone.

Other than that, the reactions to the "other-worlders" will be mostly along normal lines, maybe with a bit of extra attention since the whole event is honoring them specifically. Curiosity and intrigue, especially if it's a person who's never actually met any other-worlder before.
