Hello new friends, I'm Roman and I've brought you a disaster man. Meet Diego Brando; a self-important, pseudo-celebrity jockey from England. He's from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (Part 7 - Steel Ball Run) and he's not going to be happy that he doesn't have his Stand ability any longer. He can be personable when he wants to be, but the rest of the time he's just kind of a weird, garbage man with a tragic backstory. Or something.

I know that there was a Diego here not that long ago, so if you had CR with him feel free to look at him and say 'hey man what's up why are you ignoring me'. He is starting out as a Rocket grunt, which is kind of going to be a problem in terms of taking orders but it comes with perks so he'll tough it out.

WELP this will be interesting, because Steven D here (my OC Rocket) did not have much CR with the last Diego, but they did have a conversation about Galar fossils on the internets at one point and he knows the guy wasn't a Rocket before.

... Steven is also the self-appointed one-man newbie Rocket greeting committee so expect a thread from him.
