ACTIVITY CHECK-IN
THIS IS THE OLD ACTIVITY CHECK POST! AS OF AUGUST 1, 2023, THE NEW ACTIVITY CHECK-IN POST CAN BE FOUND HERE
Here is where players shall submit monthly activity checks!
Please note that we are trying something new with our Activity Check format! Let us know HERE if you have any questions or concerns with the format!
In order to pass, please meet the following two requirements:☐ At least one thread, but can be multiple threads so long as they are with different characters
☐ At least 10 comments from your character within these threads.
Activity must be submitted via commenting to the corresponding month's toplevel below.
If you aren’t sure if one of your threads is valid to use, please use this little checklist:☐ You can use threads that took place either on
☐ You can use threads that took place between the 1st of the Activity Check's month and the 8th of the new month.
☐ It is fine to use an older thread or post that was still actively tagged during the Actvity Check's month (backtagging); In this case, please link the part of the thread that takes place during this month.
☐ You can use only one backtagged thread for your AC.
☐ You can use multiple threads from the same post or top level, as long as they are with different characters.
☐ Multiple-comment icon spams count as just one comment.
Exemptions:
You do not need to provide AC if:☐ You are currently on hiatusYou need to provide partial AC if:
☐ You returned from hiatus after the 23rd of this month
☐ You were accepted to the game after the 15th of this month; In this case, we simply ask you to check in on this post.☐ You returned from hiatus before the 23rd of this month
☐ You were accepted to the game before the 15th of this month.
☐ In this case we ask you to provide us with at least 5 comments from your character with at least 1 other character
Strikes
If you cannot provide AC, you must take a strike.☐ Comment to the AC post letting us know you will be taking a strike. For two months in a row, you must provide full AC requirements, and are not allowed to take another strike or hiatus until you clear it.
☐ If you are unable to provide AC while clearing your strike, you will be swept from the game. If you need to contact us informing us about extenuating circumstances, please contact us ASAP, and we'll make an exception!
The activity check ends on the 8th of the new month, 11:59 pm EST. Any character that does not check in will be swept from the game on the 9th.
