Here is where players shall submit monthly activity check!
As of January 2025, we are trying something new with our Activity Check format! Let us know HERE if you have any questions or concerns!
In order to check in each month, comment under the appropriate month's top level with your character journals, and give us 2-3 sentences describing what your character did this month! No threads or comment-counting required, and your sentences are not required to describe things that happened "on-screen"/in threads - they just need to show how your character is engaging with the setting. (Yes, that means you can just make stuff up!)
Exemptions:
You do not need to respond to activity check if:

This month: The Mod Team got together to brainstorm some plot ideas for the next several months. Then they went out for pizza, sang karaoke, and talked about their favorite Pokemon.

This month: At the beginning of the month, Ripley got trapped in the Power Plant, where she was chased around by a terrifying shiny Haxorus. She managed to escape by devising a clever trap with the doors and electrical equipment around the place, but not before discovering its giant pile of eggs! Toward the end of the month, she was desperately trying to convince folks in Lavender Town that a dangerous swarm of Axew was imminent.

Character series: In Stars And Time
This month: Loop arrived in Kanto early in January, and then spent most of the month running all over the place helping with Snorunts! But they did find some time to try to "re-haunt" the Radio Tower with Beetlejuice (read: scare some poor tower employees, and somehow avoid getting caught) and apply for a Type: Null at Silph Co. Towards the very end of the month they returned to doing random odd jobs, trying to save up for a Magnet Train ticket back to Johto.

This month: Cali’s arrival was a hyperactive one as she sped past Mom (Cali still doesn’t know she now has the legendary third Mom just yet :o ) and went onto Route 29 with her very much reluctant starter, Sweet Sixteen. She ended up getting stuck in the infamous Plague Doctor Eating Tree of Route 29 before getting rescued by Jotaro. After that, Cali went on to meet Edward and they both went to Cherrygrove city together to patch Edward’s battle wounds from Hoothoot. From there, Cali would find the flyers for the Swinub Scurry and had volunteered at the first aid stand. In the end, Cali was given a Swinub egg that she’s been spoiling before it even hatches :’3

This month: Loop started traveling with Cali, which is objectively a Huge Win for their mental health and well-being! But that was balanced out by all the flooding the two immediately had to deal with when setting out from Goldenrod (oof) and then right after that, The Giant Bugs (bigger oof!!). It almost made Loop miss normal mosquitos.
