Here is where players shall submit monthly activity check!
As of January 2025, we are trying something new with our Activity Check format! Let us know HERE if you have any questions or concerns!
In order to check in each month, comment under the appropriate month's top level with your character journals, and give us 2-3 sentences describing what your character did this month! No threads or comment-counting required, and your sentences are not required to describe things that happened "on-screen"/in threads - they just need to show how your character is engaging with the setting. (Yes, that means you can just make stuff up!)

Character series: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean
This month: Jotaro became travel partners with Harry after Emporio noticed Jotaro's depressed as all hell. Currently he and Harry are travelling to go collect the badges for Pryce and Clair. JoJo also has been experimenting with chain breeding moves! He thinks it's a big hassle but it is sort of fun...

This month: Cali had a rocky start to March as she got stuck on Route 32 during the Piloswine and Swinub swarm (Thanks Golf Course for angering the Onion Fairy). Upside, Cali gained two new Pokemon and a new friend from that experience :D Once the Swarm cleared up, Cali was off to Azalea Town before the call of the Contest beckoned to her. Once the Contest concluded, Cali went back to Azalea Town to work at the Pokemon Center as a medical assistant for a week before getting that paycheck and heading for the Ilex Forest with a group of friends :3

Character series: JJBA: Stone Ocean
This month: Emporio opened his Gym officially! They even had games and such for a little bit to celebrate, before things carried on at a normal pace. He might have had the first caving course during this month too, during any dry spells. Hooray gyms!

This month: Keldor has been making some good progress regarding his counselling, as well as with his support group, whom he is still spending time with. He's coming up on seven months with both of them, and hopefully he'll get to celebrate that.

This month: Scar spent the month haphazardly preparing a routine for the upcoming contest, but when he catches a glimpse of how In Front Of People it all is, he ultimately balks, and decides to sit and watch instead. His training of his Pokemon so that they are actually ready for battle continues.

This month: Rui spent March mainly preparing for the Contest with his new friend. He then joined her in an Ilex forest camping trip.

This month: Duo's been laying low this month. Doing the bare minimum to keep the Rockets off his back about team duties and obligations. He might be getting some ideas, but who knows for sure...

This month: Keith has been debating getting back on the Gym Challenge. He's been dealing with a lot of loss recently, and it's affecting his drive to do things. But he knows he can't wallow forever, and he's wondering if focusing on the challenges again, even without Allura, would get him out of his funk.

This month: Luna has been searching for a place to set up her Home for Under Appreciated Pokémon. As she's been doing that, she's been taking notes and gathering information on various species as she's planning to write a book about them.

Character series: Voltron: Legendary Defender
This month: Romelle is starting to study berries and other growables as she's thinking of expanding into something new outside of breeding. She's not sure if it's possible, but she had developed skills at the colony for growing Altean plants, and she's hoping to transfer those skills and knowledge to certain useful plants here in Pokémon World.

This month: Henry attended the Swinub Scurry to cheer on Heather and Scar. While he was there, he obtained a Seel egg and is very very excited about it. He's starting to experiment with just focusing on Ice Types.

This month: Beetlejuice cheated at The Scurry and came in FOURTH PLACE. He is very very proud of this. It will only encourage him to cheat MORE.

This month: JW came in dead last as far as Otherworlders go, but at least he finished the Scurry! He doesn't feel too sore about the loss but he is frustrated with the attitude his Rapidash has developed recently. He's going to be working with her.

it was a Rough month for me soAfter catching Clair red-handed at the Swinub Scurry, Doppio and Diavolo agreed that she is a shady scumbag who must be up to no good in OTHER ways too, so Doppio spent all of March digging for intel on her. This may or may not be fueled, at least in part, by a lingering grudge over their repeated defeats in her gym, but like. You never know when you're gonna come across crucial info in your very realistic and feasible quest to annex Team Rocket to your gang all the way back home.no subject

This month: Harry and Jotaro become travel partners while they are at the opening of Petal Gym in New Bark Town (at the suggestion of Emporio). Currently the two are traveling to collect gym badges from Pryce and Clair.

This month: Isabela has been looking after her team and planning to head out to do some traveling (and taking on some caving courses) before officially starting her gym battle challenge. She was also juggling errands on the side.

Botan spent this month getting back into the swing of things with running her sweets shop again (it's been a few years, she's rusty). She's thinking about taking on more employees, though she's more than content with the help that she has now. She did not participate in the contest since she doesn't have any Pokemon that would be into that sort of thing (yet).

Character series: In Stars And Time
This month: Loop took on a Gym battle in early March and earned their first badge, which is now pinned to their hat! Their Pokemon are honestly a lot more excited about it than they are. After that, Loop headed over to check out the Petal Gym (which they did not challenge, but they did do some odd jobs for Emporio for a couple weeks) and check out New Bark Town for real (given how fast they booked it out of there when they showed up in Johto). They... were probably avoiding Mom because they still have Issues about that.

Character series: Final Fantasy IV: The After Years (Dissidia: Final Fantasy)
This month: Having solemnly sworn he would purchase any new moves for his team under pain of great suffering, Cecil went on a nice shopping trip at the beginning of the month. (Locke the Cinderace now knows Temper Flare. Tremble before him.) He also very quietly celebrated his birthday. And of course, he keeps trying to find adopters for the few eggs that were not snatched up by all those tourists last month.

This month: He competed in the contest with Min-Gi! :) His new Swinub made his debut and Min-un (along with Ry) performed a semi-autobiographical story as interpreted by baby pokemon. It was very, very cute.

This month: Ulaz decided to try and pick some work - either volunteer or paid - at one of the Pokemon Centers. After everything that happened with the Snorunts, he wants to learn more about the medicine and actually treating Pokemon.

This month: Quatre picked up some work at one of the department stores with the goal to earn more money to try and move into a large place with his Pokemon. He also adopted a few eggs so now he has some baby Pokemon to look after.

This month: After learning a cool new trick (courtesy of Callie) to ease temperature-related pain on his automail limbs, Wrath has been slowly starting to spend more time outdoors as opposed to being fully cooped up in his room 80% of the time. He's also been cautiously taking care of a Nidoran egg that Envy gave him.

This month: Early in the month, III learned that most people don't like golf courses. (Just rich people things-) He then won his first badge from Brock and then ran off to Mt. Moon to look for Pokémon there. (He already previously got a Glimmet there, he just wants to look again.)

This month: This scrawny little twig mostly just hid from the cold during March. He did make it to watch the Contest, though, but didn't participate.
...And then the Fletchling and Pachirisu swarms started trying to recruit his Wyrdeer to their cause, which was mostly just amusing.

This month: Lust had a lowkey month, working on her club and reading parenting books. She did take an interest in the Pachirisu and Fletchling swarm, simply from an observational point.

This month: Korra has been helping Botan with her business in between prepping for the spring and summer tourist season. Doing a lot of water rescue drills and trail cleanup with her Floatzel.

This month: Rose spent a lot of time inside with her boyfriend and her Pokemon and wishing winter would just get over with already.
