Yes, that's correct. Arceus doesn't want to overpower anyone by loading too many things onto them at once.

However, you do have mutliple days, so you can most certainly switch between different powers if you want to experience multiple things. Personally we recommend keeping it to one power a day, just to keep things from getting overwhelming, but if you think you can handle doing more, go for it. It's the Fourth Wall, baby. Everyone gets a little crazy during these times.
