Hi there! I'm Tash, and I'm brand new here! I'm bringing in Neopolitan from RWBY, post volume 3. She's short, and not all that sweet, but she can pretend well enough! Neo really doesn't talk, but according to sources, she does have a voice actress, so I guess we're just waiting to hear her speak? With that said, don't expect too many voice post. Like at all.
