The most I'd ever want to do in terms of fourth wall is a cheeky nudge to the series, i.e. him talking about a video game of hyper mutant virus zombos called Local Terror or something dumb like that, rather than going OH SHIT IT'S JILL VALENTINE. I mean, Ash's entire name is a reference to various horror characters!

So yeah, he won't be naming any after them unless there's a way to make it incidental.
