Hello Victory Road!
Ed here, bringing in an OC played byEphram Brown Gregory Smith.
Orion is a priest of Athena, destined to bring power back to the ancient gods with the help of other believers who still remain. He's not thrilled to be involved in all this so a break in which he gets to bond with a bunch of magical animals is going to seem like a nice vacation, he won't be in any rush to head home.
He's a new Rocket Grunt, collecting all those dog Pokemon and he'll be accidentally charming away any that aren't carefully watched by their Trainer. Orion's not a bad guy, but he's used to having obligations thrust on him and kind of just going with the flow, regardless of what those obligations are. Mostly he's not going to run from Team Rocket (at least any time soon) because of the sheer amount of effort involved in getting away with it. He'll be actively stealing Pokemon on occasion because it's his job and all that, but there's not going to be any heart behind doing it intentionally, it's way more likely that they'll wander off after him. Animals naturally kind of just take to him due to who he is and he's not really into that whole enslaving creatures to do your bidding sort of thing.
More info about him can be found in his app for anyone interested in the TL;DR version - since he is an OC and that means literally everyone is canon blind to him.
I would love to do things with him befriending actually evil characters, learning about more reluctant Rockets and even eventually someone that might have escaped being on the team. He'll need some good wholesome friends, since he is a fairly decent person under all that Rocket obligation and bitter humor. I'm assuming most of his thefts will be NPC related, but if anyone's up for having their Pokemon willingly wander away I wouldn't say no to threading that out and having him get "caught" either. I am down for all of the Team Rocket plotting, good, bad or indifferent!
For those of you who are not aware, I also play Edward Elric (alltoblame) from Fullmetal Alchemist. We've had a pretty rough 2017 so I need to get him out more and would be particularly interested in having him get to know some more Breeders, but I'm down to plot with whoever about anything!

So guess who has TWO WHOLE ROCKRUFF and wouldn't mind one of them getting stolen! I'm down for this to happen any time but Warg is absolutely the outgoing type who'd wander off, meet a new friend and just not come back.
Also Ford is a breeder and is very interested in kind of building up a network of breeding info and potential pokemon exchanges for breeding purposes and all that, so we could do something there too if you wanted!

Ed has also been trying to keep an eye out for breeders so if he sees mention of it on the network generally reaches out. His radio silence on that front has been my bad, I've been struggling with a lot since like August, but I am all for him contributing to this information.
