Hey everybody, it's bii again and I'm finally bringing you a Pokemon breeder! One Claudia Kishi, in fact, of the Baby-Sitters Club fame.

The Baby-Sitters Club, for those of you who weren't reading-age children in the late 80s and all through the 90s, was a long-running series of chapter books geared toward middle readers about a group of middle school girls running their own baby-sitting business in the upper-middle class small town of Stoneybrook, Connecticut. And believe you me, during their heyday the BSC was huge. Hundreds of books, almost all of which were written by ghostwriters after the first 35 or so huge. Dolls and tv specials and even a motion picture that you bet 7th grade bii saw in the theatre.

Since the book series originally ended, there's been a graphic novel adaption (where I got most of Claudia's icons from) and an amazing new TV series on Netflix that made me remember just why I adored these books when I was a kid. And especially why Claudia is my favorite babysitter of them all. (Seriously, though, you should watch it. It's great shit.)

Anyway. Claudia was the vice president of the club, mostly because she had her own private phone line. She's Japanese-American, kind of boy crazy, a terrible student (though not at all stupid), and a talented artist. Her spelling is memetically terrible, which you'll see the first time she does a text post/reply.
